Andrew Keen

Andrew Keen is a spatial designer and educator. Educated in the United Kingdom and Australia he has degrees in architectural studies, interior design and education. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Society of Designers and has worked extensively in interior design, design research and education. In design he has lead projects for Tectonic Consultants; and the Design Research Unit in London; Rhodes Harrison, Fee and Bold in Johannesburg; and for Katsalidis Interlandi in Melbourne. He is currently head of School, Visual and Performing Arts at Charles Sturt University and has taught at RMIT University in Interior Design, and at the National School of Design, Swinburne University in Interior and Exhibition Design. During his time at Swinburne, he was a Visiting Fellow to Hong Kong Polytechnic. As a designer of numerous exhibitions and events, and as a result of his commitment to education, he is invited regularly to speak at a range of design-based conferences.
